This set was designed with at-home beginner cookiers in mind, so it uses just 4 colors and just ONE consistency! Fewer colors and icing consistencies means less time prepping and less money spent on supplies. Now that’s what I call a beginner class!

Love this set of cutters? Try out the advanced beginner version of this set! It’s the exact same set of cutters, with different designs, techniques and color palette. Check out the class here.

What makes these Easy Fall Sugar Cookies so special?

I love creating one-shape sets for classes and content, but especially for my beginner classes. But… I started getting requests from beginners saying they’d love to have a beginner class with more than one shape, so I decided I needed to deliver!

Naturally, I had to give it my own spin: I created TWO different sets (Beginner Fall at beginner level and Cozy Fall at advanced beginner/intermediate level) with the same set of cutters. Two entirely different sets with the same cookie cutters?? Saving some money too?! Yes, please!!

Whether you’re more beginner or more advanced, I highly recommend purchasing both classes (and take advantage of the 2+ class bundle deal!). Beginners can take their skills to the next level with Cozy Fall, or advanced cookiers can use Beginner Fall as that go-to set of designs they can use to easily crank out tons of cookies!

There’s no shortage of texture and variety with this Beginner Fall set, all using my signature one consistency approach for beginner classes. I always design sets that I would actually make myself, and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Royal icing skills covered in this class:

  • One consistency outline and flood
  • Working with tipless bags
  • Piping and flooding with a thick flood
  • Different wet on wet technique applications
  • Flooding in sections
  • Crackle technique

You will learn how to decorate (from start to finish) SIX Easy Fall Sugar Cookies

Pumpkin Cookie

We’re taking my signature crackle up a notch by flooding the pumpkin in 3 sections AND giving the stem a little extra pizzazz with 3 sections as well.

Mug Cookie

For this mug we’ll employ a class wet-on-wet design and flooding in sections for that layered textured look.

Sweater Cookie

Giving the class wet-on-wet polka dots a little extra spice with these cluster polka dots.

Scarf Cookie

Would you believe me if I said that leopard print is easier to do than polka dots? You’ll have to try it!!

Pumpkin Pie Cookie

It’s not fall without pumpkin pie! Complete with a crackle crust, of course 😉

Quite possibly the most iconic way to do a leaf: messy wet-on-wet!

Free Resources for this Set

For every class set, I still produce my usual YouTube videos. One is a sped-up compilation of the full set (at a more reasonable pace than the fast video above) and the second is a tutorial. This tutorial video is *not* at all like the class video.

The free YouTube tutorial video (below) shows each cookie in real-time with a voiceover, however, it is much shorter than the class videos and does not include any additional resources (classes include a 60+ page workbook).

I deliver my class videos as if I was teaching a live class, so a 20 minute YouTube tutorial can easily be a 2 hour class video. Either way, I like to provide different levels of information with different levels of investment. Choose the path that best suits you!
