This beginner class is made to be as accessible as possible: I bring you 10 (yes, TEN!) different Christmas designs on circles! You can use a cookie cutter, but you could also just use a water glass to cut them out!

This set was made with at-home beginner cookiers in mind, so it uses ONE consistency (my thick flood) and 6 colors. Yes, you heard that right! Now that’s my kind of beginner class!

Easy Circle Christmas Cookies

What makes these Easy Circle Christmas Cookies so special?

This Beginner Christmas class has taken the cookie world (and beyond!) by storm. And it’s no surprise why! Putting Christmas cookie designs on a circle is certainly not a new idea, but it’s never been done in such a simple and approachable way.

What I’ve done here is take 10 of the most iconic Christmas symbols and:

-simplified the designs down to the very core (less is more!)

-put them all on a circle (you can just use a water glass)

-used just 1 consistency (with a slight variation for the smaller details)

-plus optional sprinkles (no other fancy tools or decorations needed)

What does that all mean for you?

Less time spent prepping and less money spent on supplies. This means more energy you can put toward quality time with friends, family or solo decorating the most festive Christmas cookies. I’ve sold thousands of this class alone (and counting) and it never ceases to amaze me what incredible creations y’all make every time!

The most impressive part?

I’d guess that 99% of those who take this class have never worked with royal icing before. NEVER. (I highly recommend checking out the reviews on this class and the photos students have submitted.)

So what are you waiting for? It’s time to make some Christmas cookies!

Royal icing skills covered in this class:

  • One consistency outline and flood
  • Working with tipless bags (and cutting tipless bags)
  • Piping and flooding with a thick flood
  • Working with sprinkles
  • Wet on wet technique
  • Basic line work with a flood consistency

You will learn how to decorate (from start to finish) TEN Easy Circle Christmas Cookies

Free Resources for this Set

For every class set, I still produce my usual YouTube videos. One is a sped-up compilation of the full set (at a more reasonable pace than the fast video above) and the second is a tutorial. This tutorial video is *not* at all like the class video.

The free YouTube tutorial video (below) shows each cookie in real-time with a voiceover, however, it is much shorter than the class videos and does not include any additional resources (classes include a 60+ page workbook).

I deliver my class videos as if I was teaching a live class, so a 20 minute YouTube tutorial can easily be a 2 hour class video. Either way, I like to provide different levels of information with different levels of investment. Choose the path that best suits you!
